And there in a wood...

...a piggy-wig stood...

Trying to work out what to do here. Do I use pastel for the characters? do i leave them in black and white line? do i multiply them into the scene?... Here are some workings out. First is the pencil drawing.

Second, one of the ideas with a blue ground and a multiplied piggy...

The other idea with the piggy in b and white line on a pink background... hmmmm

What do you think??

Hmmm, I think the piggy could do with being black and white line, makes him stand out more. Though I'm not sure whether the pink ground is too much.. Maybe try the softer yellowy colour that you used for one of your BSSP Book covers?
